My client is a well-established lender based in the North of England; they have an opportunity for a Broker Manager to join the Team. The successful candidate will be ambitious and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

The Role:

• Identify and prospect for new introducers whilst maintaining an existing panel of introducers.
• Expected to self-source your own business from introducers within your area.
• Field based role involving significant out bound activity.
• Generate and manage leads from proposal to pay out.

Suitable Candidates:

• Recent customer facing Asset Finance experience.
• Self-motivated and ambitious.
• Sales driven with the ability to plan and manage your own contact strategy and activities.
